The eight dimensions of wellbeing provide a useful approach to developing heathy habits to improve your physical and mental health and have a positive impact on your everyday life. Here are some strategies and tips to stay mentally and physically healthy, which we will keep updating regularly.

INTELLECTUAL

Recognising creative abilities and finding ways to expand knowledge and skills

  • Reading your favourite magazine or picking up a book
  • Try something new that perhaps you’ve been holding back on
  • Build something
  • Up-skill and strengthen your abilities

  • Bust out an extra few reps at the gym
  • Walk the dog that extra few steps
  • Leave the late nights for days off, rest up during your working week
